COMPACT, BUT HIGHLY FLEXIBLE

Due to the current demand in the renewable energy sector, particularly for heat pumps, but also for domestic hot water systems, we have decided to create a new compact production cell concept. This concept is specially tailored to this sector and offers the customer an increase in capacity with minimal space requirements at a good price-performance ratio.

Loading of finished blanks up to 1000 mm

1. Loading of the blanks via step conveyors

2. Forming of the 1st tube end - if necessary, turning of the tube and forming of the 2nd tube end

3. Right/left mandrel bending machine

4. Discharge via conveyor belt

Coil feeding incl. straightening and cutting to length

5. Compact handling

6. Right/left mandrel bending machine

7. Discharge via conveyor belt
