PREPARED FOR INTEGRATION INTO PRODUCTION CELLS
The forming processes can be carried out step by step in fully automatic transfer systems to achieve very short cycle times. Simultaneous axis movements ensure fast production processes and efficient and highly dynamic production.
SIMPLE CONTROL VIA TOUCH PANEL
All parameters are set centrally in the machine control system, controlled positioning of the forming axis and the stop position. Individual sequence control for creating and individually optimizing each movement in the forming programs. The system can be freely programmed without special CNC knowledge.
The forming program is generated automatically after entering the forming data and can be optimized manually if required. The forming program can be adapted and optimized during operation, which shortens the set-up time for complicated forming operations and minimizes rejects during set-up.
