Loading systems

Depending on the material, tube diameters and tube lengths, we offer a wide range of loading systems for all machines. Tubes that have already been formed and tubes with attachments can also be fed without any problems. Appropriate orientation is guaranteed so that the tube can be fed into the production cells in the correct position.

 

External components such as nuts, flanges and support sleeves can be fed into the system in a controlled manner and made available for subsequent machining processes. A wide range of loading volumes can be realized.

Cost-effective loading

Simple and flexible: transfluid offers a variety of loading systems for different materials, tube diameters and tube lengths. To make our CNC tube bending machine even more flexible, we have developed a simple and cost-effective loading unit that offers our customers the option of using the machine as a small production cell with automatic unloading, e.g. via a conveyor belt.

 

The feed magazine is filled with the required amount of raw material. The loading can be quickly adjusted to the different tube lengths and diameters. The tube is transferred to the handling system and the machine and fed into the bending process.

 

At the customer's request, the loading system can be equipped with various sensors so that loading can be digitally controlled and monitored.
