Powerful tube forming and bending technology 
create safe mobile hydraulics

The extreme demands placed on construction vehicles require precisely fitting tubework and reliable connections on the hydraulic drives, which perform a lot of heavy-duty work. We have developed our compact CNC tube bending machines especially for these challenges. One example is our mandrel bending machine t bend VARIOLINE 42, which can also bend thick-walled tubes efficiently. With our FLARELINE mobile tube forming machines, we can produce highly complex forming geometries and secure connection systems in the hydraulic sector, such as 37° or 90° flanges for flat-sealing O-ring connections (e.g. ORFS).

"SMART" SOLUTION FOR FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION PROCESSES

Whether one-off production or series production: the fully automatic transfluid mandrel bending machine t bend VARIOLINE 42 (for tube diameters from 6 - 42 mm) can be connected online to all CAD systems. It is operated via a freely programmable CNC touch panel. The machine control processes 3D data directly and in almost all formats.

Extremely short changeover times ensure fast and flexible production processes. Another plus: The machines are able to process tubes formed on both sides and bent tubes with welded-on SAE flanges.

VERSATILE, EFFICIENT AND MOBILE

With its simple and effective technology, our mobile bending machine t work MOBILELINE 42 offers great possibilities for bending tubes in the factory and on the construction site.

For example, it has an internal and external deburring unit, a pre-assembly unit for all common connection systems (cutting ring pre-assembly and 37° flanging function) and a metal circular saw.

In order to produce secure connections in the hydraulic sector, it is often necessary - and above all important - to produce 37° and 90° flanges with short clamping lengths.
