EFFECTIVE END FORMING

End forming, e.g. the forming of flared flanges on tubes, is also a strong process for tube processing in shipbuilding. The t form FLARELINE flaring machine can be used for forming tube diameters of up to 325 mm. It works almost tool-independently with a controlled forming cone, which is freely programmable during use. transfluid offers its solutions for tubes up to a nominal diameter of 250 mm. The two weld seams on each connecting sleeve for large nominal diameters, which are usually required in shipbuilding, are no longer necessary.
