With the increasing complexity of geometries, ever tighter tolerance specifications and shorter development cycles, the demands on tube forming technology are also increasing. At transfluid, we start early: In our prototyping department, components, tools and processes are tested in advance under real conditions - so that you go into pilot production and ultimately series production with reliable results.

2. Customized development - from the idea to series production

Our services at a glance:

  • Development of new forming geometries and tool concepts specifically for your application - from material selection and process layout to fine adjustment.
  • Testing and validation in our in-house test center: Axial forming machines with up to 25 t forming force and a CNC-controlled rolling forming machine enable tests up to a tube diameter of 45 mm.
  • High-precision measuring technology (tactile and optical measuring methods) for exact measurement, documentation and approval of parts - from the tool sample to series production.
  • Prototype production and pilot series - even without the customer's own machinery. We take on production runs at short notice, allowing you to test and optimize your components in the process at an early stage.
