SIMPLE CONTROL VIA TOUCH PANEL

All parameters are set centrally in the machine control system, controlled positioning of the forming axis and the stop position. The t form FLARELINE is equipped with fully electronic pre-selection of the flanging geometry. The stop position as well as all strokes and machining operations are servo-electrically controlled and can be called up via a touch panel.

 

The material used and the shape to be achieved are decisive for the exact processing time. The machine carries out the processing virtually automatically if it is possible to call up the tube size with the necessary process parameters. In some cases, the clamping lengths for processing are 1 to 1.5 times the tube diameter.

 

Our new generation of t form FLARELINE 28, 42 and 115 machines reduces the set-up time for tool changes and the operator can set up the machine in less than three minutes.
