COST-EFFECTIVE MATERIAL FEEDING
We offer a variety of loading systems for all machines, depending on the material, tube diameter and tube length. Even tubes that have already been formed with additional components can be loaded without any problems. Correct alignment is very important when inserting the tube into the production cell. External workpieces, such as nuts, flanges and support sleeves, can be fed into the system in a controlled manner and included in the subsequent processing steps. A wide variety of loading volumes is possible.
POWERFUL SOFTWARE
With the tube bending software t project and the upload functions, you can go directly from CAD to the tube bender. The virtual bending simulation determines exact bending times and cutting lengths and checks tube geometries for feasibility in advance. Tube data and bending results are documented precisely and are then 100% reproducible. Simple programming from your desk, quick calculation of new projects, collision check before commissioning the machine and direct upload of the tube bending sequence to the tube bending machine.
