With t motion, we plan and implement production islands or cells for your tube processing, with optimum material flow. We design the layout to suit your requirements and integrate all the desired processing and handling options. On request, also in combination with product marking and optical, non-contact camera inspection systems for comprehensive control of geometries or surfaces. TPC 628: Compact production cell concept for
fully automatic tube production

Due to the current demand in the field of renewable energies, particularly with regard to heat pumps, but also for domestic hot water systems, we have decided to create a new, particularly compact production cell concept that is specially tailored to this area and offers customers an increase in capacity at a good price/performance ratio with the smallest possible space requirement.

Robot handling for automated production processes

Sometimes it simply has to be a robot that takes over the handling. Many complex geometries can be realized with simple loading and a transfluid right/left bending machine, but often the tubes have to undergo further processing steps before or after the actual bending process.

 

If linear handling is out of the question, the use of a robot that can handle loading and unloading as well as handling is usually the best decision. As an official KUKA system partner, transfluid can pass on its many years of experience and know-how to its customers.

COST-EFFECTIVE MATERIAL FEEDING

We offer a variety of loading systems for all machines, depending on the material, tube diameter and tube length. Even tubes that have already been formed with additional components can be loaded without any problems. Correct alignment is very important when inserting the tube into the production cell. External workpieces, such as nuts, flanges and support sleeves, can be fed into the system in a controlled manner and included in the subsequent processing steps. A wide variety of loading options are possible.

MEASURING TECHNOLOGY FOR BENT TUBES

The transfluid tube bending machines can be connected to state-of-the-art measuring systems, such as Hexagon, for quality assurance and correction of the bending data.
