We will show you how to combine safe processes and precision at this year’s Blechexpo in Stuttgart, Hall 3, stand 3602. It is important to us to find the best possible solution and to develop it, together with our customers. To do this, our rich and diverse portfolio is ready: from the machines to bend and cut tubes to the newest forming technology, which makes it possible to form complex geometries. Our t project solution has been developed to create software connections to optimize the processes; with t motion our engineers have combined the different steps of tube processing in automation systems that create value. This is a short summary of the exciting key points that you can expect at the trade fair in Stuttgart.
Better bending – from individual pieces to large series
The partially or fully servo electric systems with brushless motors for your individual bending requirements, like machines for small and big diameters (up to 325 mm), are available from transfluid®. For instance, the t bend bending machine DB 2090-CNC works efficiently, both for thick and thin walls and all materials, for diameters up to 100mm. Accurate results can be achieved with radii of 1.5x the diameter, or even smaller. The impressively short set up time needed – sometimes less than 10 minutes – offers flexible manufacturing and greater economy. We can offer tube bending machines with different features for the processing of tubes in different industrial sectors, like stack dies or the option to cut tubes straight on the bending machines, with outstanding results and very long-lasting blades.
The digital bending connection
The latest generation of our t project software has all the familiar options, like the documentation of tube data and the calculation of the cutting lengths, and new ones, like the easy use of the machine controls and the user-friendly calculation of isometrics and collision test features. t project now controls the process and the safe connection to all CAD and measuring systems. This means manufacturing processes that are clearly better.
Best Form for different challenges too
Our experts are developing new processing methods for tube forming, which in some cases can be executed independently of the tools. In this case, t form REB 632 axial forming machine, as an example, can create very different geometries in an accurate and fast way, with different equipment and hydraulic or electric drives. The incremental forming is interesting for some industry sectors, as well as the high-speed forming. With new materials, the products are lighter and stronger. The rollforming technology from transfluid® also offers new possibilities to form independently of the tools.
Clean cuts for tubes
A tube has to be the right length, before bending or forming it.. To do this we offer a number of cutting options, such as the blade cutting directly on the tube bending machine or the chipless orbital cutting machines from our t cut range. With blade-cutting the result is almost perfectly round, thanks to the latest blade technology. With a high output of up to 1,600 pieces/hour (from bars or coils) our systems for chipless cutting for tubes up to 28 or 50 mm deliver clean and fast cuts . And our t cut RTO 628 selects the number of parts and cutting lengths for the nesting. This reduces the amount of scrap and the tubes can be used straightaway, because of the clean cutting results.
Systematic tube processing
With our t motion automation systems we combine the processing steps in a targeted and customer-specific way. The requirements can be simple handling or complete automation with robots and we have it all. All transfluid® automation systems are available with different inspection systems, like mechanical controls or optical measuring tools, which guarantee consistent high tube manufacturing quality.
The “plug & play” principle of a fully functional production unit is in all cases the focus, of course, so that the production can start without any delays.
