And for out technical support to achieve the same high level as our solutions, continuous hands-on training is a must. This is why we have now also invited the service pros from our partners in the US to intensive training at the transfluid® site in Germany. This gives our US sales and service partners' teams – Advanced Fabricating Machinery and Modern Machinery – an opportunity to update their knowledge through interaction with our experts.
For the experts from Modern Machinery, it was their first time in Germany. Since 2016, they have been serving our customers in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. The specialists from Advanced Fabricating Machinery have visited our US customers on site for many years. They provide top-notch support to the East Coast as far as Georgia, along with Tennessee.
